Terms of Service

By accessing or using NEXUS and its AI co-founder NEX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including account holders and any businesses represented through the platform.

NEXUS provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that connects to your existing business tools and provides insights, analytics, and recommendations through NEX, our AI co-founder. The service is provided on a subscription basis with features varying by plan tier.

You must register for an account to use NEXUS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date.

NEXUS is offered on monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Co-founder). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused periods.

You may use NEXUS only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, reverse engineer the service, transmit harmful content, or use the AI features to generate misleading business information. NEXUS reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all business data you provide or that is accessed through your integrations. By connecting third-party platforms, you authorize NEXUS to access and process the relevant data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide this data.

NEX's responses and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. NEXUS makes no warranty that AI-generated insights are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific business decisions. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on NEX's output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NEXUS in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may export it. NEXUS may terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of NEXUS after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
